Sacramento Inventory Tops 2006 High



According to Housing Tracker, MLS inventory in the Sacramento area is now higher than it was at its peak last year.
  • 08/14/2006: 12,180
  • 06/28/2007: 12,186

Values will drop to 2002 levels.

That is the last time that this market was in a state of balance.

It is going to get bloody before it gets better.
