Resale Home Sales Down 26% in 4th Quarter

With the recent report of the 57% drop in new home sales in the last quarter of 2005, the Sacramento Real Estate Blog decided to crunch the numbers for resale home sales for that same period.

The result? Resale home sales in Sacramento County were down 25.5% in the fourth quarter of 2005 compared to the fourth quarter of 2004.
