Is this also a preview of the USD index graph?

I think this goes well with the Sacto Housing Bubble site where we will probably see 100% inventory increase since 8/1/05 by end of May.

Excellent graphs Lander.
For those that think the market is just returning to normal, We're approaching normal at an alarming speed and don't appear to be slowing down.

I don't know how many of you remember this but in 2002 their was a huge pyramid sceme in Sacramento called" Women helping women"
As many as 10,000 women were involved and few were ever prosecuted. I wonder how many ended up in Real estate?

Man, Happy Renter, that is exactly what I think of when I hear people in Sac talking about how there is no bubble. I watched a dateline on the Sacto chapter of "Women scamming women" birthday party pyramid and the women who were interviewed were in the scam for $5,000 to $100,000, they would not say a single bad word about the scheme knowing that bad press could quicken the collapse. They had these fake smiles, talking about how great it was that the top 6 women made millions, while they were still waiting for their first party.

They called it being birthdayed when everyone would give the winner $5000. That was the whole thing. Women would give each other money hoping they would be next.

Tell me these "free money idiots" weren't later drawn into Flipping Houses or cashing out equity.

What about the Median Price chart? You definitely have the best charts of the Sacto. market anywhere in the blogsphere.

I know how much work that takes - more than I am able to do!!

Thanks, and keep up the great work.
