Sacramento Region Median Home Prices
This graph shows the percent change in median home prices for the Sacramento region's four counties. This includes single-family homes, condos, and new home sales. May was significant as none of the counties experienced price appreciation on a yearly basis.

As you know, I've been a fan of Sacramento (Land)ing from the start. The quality of your news and commentary still equals or exceeds any other housing blog I've seen, not just here but throughout the country.
I don't know if you take requests. I think it would be interesting to see how this median price chart looks today.
One other note, the OFHEO price report is due 9/1/06 for the prices through 2QTR '06.
