Congrats. Your blog is turning into a very good blog. I usually read the Housing Bubble blog but am visiting your blog as much these days since it gives much more local information (I live in Sacrmento) I sold my house about 1.5 years ago and currently renting. I am waiting for the market to come back to earth before I get back to buying again and this blog helps me keep up with the latest in the overpriced Sac real estate market. Keep up the good work !
congratulation lander! you'll soon find the first 100,000 were the hardest to come by.
Very well deserved. I posted on my blog a link to your milestone.

So true. Trust me, this color scheme was not my first pick. Alas, all the decent Blogger templates were already in use by the other housing blogs.
WE ALL live in a Housing Bubble (sung to the tune "yellow submarine").
Watch out below!
A special thanks goes to David at Bubble Meter, who was one of the first (if not the first) to link to this blog.
