Saca should fill that pit in and give back the lane on L street. He is causing traffic problems near I-5 the moron.

Forward your complaints to CAPERS.

I was downtown on Sunday. What is the tower going up on the other side of the river in WS going to be?

Also, has anyone looked at the JTS condos right by there?

Seems like that's an awful lot for such a crappy location and no views.

That is 'River 3' which is going to the new headquarters of CALPERS (or is it CLSTERS?)

Those condo are trying to get midtown prices because they are so close to downtown, but by the time they start selling any real number the prices will come way down so they can advertise the huge discounts.

both parts of the link... its part of the mega Raley's Landing project. In 20 years, many things about W.Sac will make it arguably the better place to be than the other side of the River, but these first developer's think that the pioneers should pay 'last on the bandwagon' prices. They don't get that pioneer means something.

oh, and I meant CALSTRS not CLSTERS, and boy are these CALPERS on my sandwhich tasty. Tasty as 21% R.O.I.
